About Geneva
Writing for people who are high-functioning at work and quietly struggling everywhere else.

01 — The short version
Geneva Tiggle spent years being the most reliable person in every room — the strong friend, the safe pair of hands, the one who never gave anybody any trouble — before noticing that her life looked perfect from every angle except the inside.
The High-Functioning Heart series is what she learned on the way back in: non-clinical, unprecious, built for people who don’t have time for a healing journey but might have five minutes for an honest one.
These books are not therapy, and they are not a substitute for treatment. What they are: the plainest account she can manage of a pattern she ran for a long time and then took apart — written for the reader who is doing well by every visible measure and would like, at some point, to be present for it.
